Matching Cards - Rhyming Words

A set of 42 picture cards showing rhyming words such as dog, log, frog. There is also a set of 42 corresponding word cards included.

These cards can be used in lots of different ways, including:

1. Give each child a picture card - can they find the other children with a picture that rhymes with their card?

2. Show children three cards - two that rhyme and one that doesn't. Can they find the odd one out?

3. Mix all the picture cards up on the carpet. Can children work as a team to put all of the rhyming ones together?

Print, laminate and trim the cards before using.
